The Power Consumed between Brute Force Type Screens and the Kinetic Driven Screens is approximately 60-80% less. This conserves energy and it markedly reduces operating costs by saving a substantial amount of Kilowatts per year. Since the Kinetic Drive System “distributes” the input forces the length and width dimensions are not restricted as they would be if the drive were concentrated at one point, as with Brute Force. This is also the reason the stress level in the Kinetic Vibrating Machines are so low and therefore the basic reason metal fatiguing is no longer a factor with the Kinetic units.
