Mobility
Adding mobility to feeders and screens allows you to shift your plant around to follow your subtracting dump, quarry face or stock pill. This will reduce your transportation cost and time, which inherently reduces productions cost and turnover time.
Low Maintenance
The simplicity of these units means they require little to no maintenance, other than the maintenance related to the feeder/screen. This reduces maintenance costs and down time.

Plant Design
Our mobile plants are designed with efficiency and low-cost operations in mind. The simplistic design means there are few moving parts, no hydraulics and little room for breakdowns and down time.
The vibrator which makes up the base of the plant is fitted with a static chute that allows basic dumping directly onto the vibrator.

Our kinetic design equipment is not restricted in width or length, which allows us to combine applications on a single unit. This means that feeding, screening, de-watering, etc can be done on a single unit. This reduces the need for numerous vibrators as well as operational cost and increases productivity and ease of operation.

The base of the plant is fitted with heavy duty skids allowing you to pull the base around your operation or nearer to your material. Conveyor belts are fitted with wheels to follow your plant
